Anna asked for my Peanut Butter Pie recipe yesterday, and I knew I'd forget. Actually it's Judy's recipe, and I stole it! So here it is . . . save me a piece! So good!
Peanut Butter Pie
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (or 1/2 a bar)
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
Graham cracker pie crust
Soften cream cheese; mix with peanut butter and sugar with a fork until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into graham cracker crust. Refrigerate. (May be frozen)
